Refund Policy for Candle Making Events
L.I.T Candle Making Experience Booking Policy
Class Registration & Payment
All candle-making class reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials, your registration secures your seat and supplies for the experience.

Cancellation Policy
Because materials, staffing, and preparation are completed in advance, class registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may choose one of the following options:
• Transfer your reservation to another guest
• Request that your seat be reopened to the public. If your seat is successfully refilled, a refund may be issued.
• Request store credit equal to your registration amount that can be used toward products or a future private booking.

Late Arrivals
To preserve the experience for all guests, classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

No Shows
Guests who do not attend their scheduled class without prior communication will forfeit their registration and payment.

Private Party Bookings
Private candle-making parties require a deposit to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled event if notice is provided at least _30__ days prior to the event date.

Event Changes
L.I.T Candles reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, or emergencies. If this occurs, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
