All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of candles and self-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or burned candles.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds issued at our discretion)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
Order Issues
If we made an error with your order (wrong item, missing item), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
