All candles are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary based on carrier and location and are estimated at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. L.I.T For Life is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, L.I.T For Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Weather Considerations
Extreme heat or cold may affect candles during transit. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by temperature fluctuations.
